He tangata, he tangata, he tangata

There is a proverb in Maori that poses the following question: ‘He aha te mea nui o te ao?’ (‘What is the most important thing in the world’?) to which the answer is, as defined in the heading: ‘It is the people, it is the people, it is the people’.

Over time people have taken on some different descriptors, resources, stakeholders, labour pool etc.. Safe to say, in any environment, people do remain the key part of ensuring the success of the commercial entity.

It is safe to say, of all the clients that we have worked with, people are usually an ongoing agenda point. With the right structure, process, protocols and attitude in place people can be major contributors to the success of the business.
